	Joe G. Kircher, Vice President, Chief Operating Officer Mr. Kircher is a mining engineer with 23 years of gold sector experience, the last 17 years in executive or general manager positions.  At Kinross Gold Corp. he served as General Manager with oversight of 7 mines.  Prior to Kinross he was Vice President of Operations for Dakota Mining Corp. and for seven years Vice President of Operations at Consolidated Nevada Goldfields.  Mr. Kircher has extensive hands-on operations management expertise at both open-pit and underground mine complexes, in addition to building three gold mines from the ground up including their feasibility, permitting, construction and commissioning.
	Mr. Robert Hawkins, Vice President, Exploration Mr. Hawkins holds a MS degree in geology and has worked in all phases of exploration for over 33 years. Most recently he was Vice President, Exploration for Metallic Ventures Gold Inc. during the period 1998 to 2005 and prior thereto with Cobre Mining Company from 1993 to 1998. During this period while with both Metallic Ventures and Corbre Mining Mr. Hawkins was instrumental in acquiring and further developing their portfolio of valuable projects. As an exploration geologist and project manager for FMC Corp. and Freeport Minerals Company during the 1970s and 1980s he is credited with the discovery of the Jerritt Canyon gold deposit in Nevada and the Richmond Hill gold deposit in South Dakota. Mr. Hawkins has explored and worked in most known gold and base metal environments around the world.
	Foster Wilson, Vice President Corporate Development Former member of technical services group at Placer Dome Exploration 1990-1999.  Former exploration geologist with Echo Bay Exploration 1985-1990.  23 year career in exploration and development projects ranging from reconnaissance to definition drilling, ore reserve estimation and feasibility studies.
	Robert McKnight , Director Professional Engineer and MBA with over 25 years of experience in the resource business with a wealth of knowledge in project finance, mergers and acquisitions, feasibility studies and valuations.  Vice President Finance and Corporate Development for Expatriate Resources Ltd. and StrataGold Corporation since February 2004; Manager, Financial Services of AMEC Mining & Energy September 2003 to January 2004; Vice President of Pincock Allen & Holt Ltd. from 1998 to 2001; Director and Principal of Endeavour Financial Corporation from 1990 to 1997 and prior thereto various senior corporate development roles with TOTAL CFP Group Minerals.
	Ronald K. Netolitzky, Director Mr. Ronald Netolitzky has a wealth of experience in the mining industry, having achieved exploration success on three major gold deposits which have subsequently been put into production: the Snip, Eskay Creek and Brewery Creek mines. Mr. Netolitzky holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta and a Master of Science degree from the University of Calgary, both in Geology. He is currently Chairman of Viceroy Exploration Ltd. Previously, he was Chairman of Viceroy Resources Corporation serving formerly as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Netolitzky is also the former Chairman of both Loki Gold Corporation and Baja Gold Inc.
	James Bagwell, Director Mr. Bagwell holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics and was a director of International Taurus Resources Inc. since 1996. Mr. Bagwell has 35 years of experience managing and working with many public and private companies. Mr. Bagwell is a founder and has been principal of Global Service Group, LLC, an asset management company, since June 1998. From August 1980 to May 1998, Mr. Bagwell was Executive Vice President of Diamond Hill Plywood Co. a large privately owned wholesale distribution business located in southeastern United States. In February 2004, Mr. Bagwell founded and still co-manages a large hydroponics farm located in Lithia, Florida. Mr. Bagwell also oversees Jireh International Ministries his own private, not for profit, charitable company that is involved in feeding programs for children throughout the world and a prisoner support program in the central Florida prison system.
	Donald Lay, Director Mr. Lay holds a B.Sc. and was a director of International Taurus Resources Inc. since 2001. He is currently president and CEO of Contec Innovations Inc. As well, he is a principal of One Degree Capital, a corporate finance boutique that works with emerging public and private companies since 2000. Previously, he was the Manager of Investor Relations with Forbes Medi-Tech from 1998 to 2000, and Managing Director of Portfolio Partners Capital Corp. from 1994 to 1997. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Contec Innovations Inc. and Medallion Resources Ltd., both of which are listed on the TSX-V.
	Carl Ravinsky, Director Mr. Ravinsky is a lawyer with the Quebec law firm of Desjardins, Ducharme, Stein Monast and has been a director of Fairstar since 1993. Mr. Ravinsky has been practicing business law since 1975 and is currently qualified to practice law in Quebec, Ontario and Alberta.
	Robert Blakestad, Advisor to the Board of Directors Mr. Blakestad holds an MSc in geology and is a registered Professional Geologist. He has over 30 years of world-wide mining exploration and development experience. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of International Taurus Resources Inc. from April 1998 to November 2004. Blakestad is presently Vice President, Exploration for Apex Silver Mines Limited, Vice President, Exploration of Amax Gold Inc. from January 1996 to April 1998, and he also has held management positions with Homestake Mining Company.
